Please give a 48 hour notice for any cancellations/rescheduling before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a $25-1/2 fee/loss of deposit Example: if your appointment is at 1pm Thursday you must cancel/reschedule before 1pm Tuesday in order to avoid the fee ⭐️Same day cancellations/no shows will be asked to pay for the services missed in full Example: if you booked a fullset you will be asked to pay for the full price of the set If you booked a manicure and pedicure you will be asked to pay for both services missed ⭐️Canceling within a 24 hour period may result in a same day cancellation If you booked multiple services and decided day of/ when you arrive to your appointment to not have both services done you will still be responsible for the payment of both services as it will be seen as a same day cancellation Future appointments will not be scheduled until all fees are paid in full and a card is on file All new clients are required to provide a non refundable deposit of $25 to hold their appointment spot. The deposit goes towards the appointment . You are allowed one reschedule or you risk losing the deposit unless pre approved by the service provider. Being more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service/ rescheduling and a fee If you are late and you booked multiple services and one service cannot be preformed you will be responsible for the payment of that missed service Thank you for respecting my business and what I love to do most.
